Disability Holidays
at Lower Laurel Farm
YAMS have partnered with Lower Laurel Farm to be their care provider of choice and offer disability holidays for your loved ones.
Laurel Farm, Near Weston-Super-Mare, is a wonderful home from home set in an idyllic location, surrounded by countryside, just 10 minutes from the beach!
They offer two holiday lodges, complete with hoists, wet rooms and profiling beds. Select the lodge that suits your needs best.
Mountain Lodge caters for those with acute allergies, while Coastal Cottage is pet friendly and suitable for those with visual impairments. Both have looped hearing systems.
Peak time bookings are Saturday to Saturday, off peak bookings offered for a minimum three nights.
